My Mother
“Paradise under mothers' feet”This quotation is very famous in my country and mothers really deserve this quotation.The majority of mothers offer their lifes for their childern to make them happy.I really found that in my mother's characteristics.She is a very warm-hearted person and she has had an essential role in my study life before and after I came to Canada for studying.
My mother is a vrey warm-hearted person,and I have never seen anyone like her before.She tries to help all the people she knows if she can.Her smile never leave her beautiful face even if she is tired.Also,she is a member of a society to help poor people,so she never stops helping poor people as much as she can.
She has a very gigantic role in my study life.She always encourages me to study hard.Her dream is to see me have a PhD.After I got married she still helped me and offered me asuitable atmosphere for studying.She took care of my children while I was studying my bachelor degree in my country she tried to make me happy all the time.
Her dream become truth,since Igot a scholarship to do my masters' degree in Canada.She came to Canada with me to take care of my children and to help me with house work even if she is old and she can't do that,but she still offers me her great help.Sometimes I can't believe her great help for me and how generous she is with me.
This is my great mother whose awesome characteristics I really admire. I can't believe her spectacular help for me and sometimes I feel that I don't deserve her generous help. I ask Allah to help me to achieve her dream to see me have a PhD.

Many years ago, I dreamed about Vancouver .I heard about its education,its beautiful scenery,and its warm-hearted people.In 1997,my husband went to Seattle to study English at Seattle institute.Then he went with his friend to Vancouver for a few days.When we got married,he told me about spectacular Vancouver city.After I graduated,I registered in a government scholarship program.After that, my dream become a reality.I got a scholarship to study master's degree in Canada.After a few months,I arrived in Vancouver . Ifound Vancouver was safe.I love Vancouver so much ,and I felt that I was in my country .Then I went to the University of British Columbia ELI to check the location .I found that all the teachers there were so helpful and warm hearted.When I came again for the first day of testing ,I worrid.It might be a different experience for me .Now,I try to be relaxed.To sum up, I really like Vancouver and ELI very much.

Cell Phone

There are many advantages and disadvantages of using the cell phones.On the one hand,cell phone is very popular.Nearly every one have it.We like talking on cell phone,sending SMS,and playing games.Also,we can use the cell phone to organize our daily plans.Moreover,we can use it as an alarm clock and a calculator.On the other hand,every body can find us.Also,communication cost more money than stationary phones.Cell phones might be harmful for our health because they creat radiation from phones receiver.For these reasons,we have to consider all the advantages and disadvantages of cell phone.

Last sesstion,I went with my classmates and my writing teacher (Janelle) to Nitobe Memorial Garden at UBC.This is the first time I went out with my classmates to the garden.I spent a nice with my friends there.At the enterance of the garden,I saw a spectacular pond,inside the water there are fishs with a wonderful color jump from the pond.I sat down front of the pond and I touched the dew of the grass and the rough of the rocks.There are a huge trees with different types around the garden.I smelled the perfume of the flowers and I saw the butterflys fly in the garden.I played with my friends to enjoy ourselves there.I heard the sound of the waterfall,so I followed this sound until I discovered its place.It was at the end of the garden ,but it wasn't obvious because it covered by the plants.Iran until I reached there then I saw a small and beautiful waterfall.In this garden,I saw a nice scenery that I have never seen before.For these resons,I plan to take my family to Nitobe Garden to spend a nice time in a sunny day.

There are several reasons to choose studying English in the language program that I am in now.The first reason for studying English is that to understand what the foreign people say and
how to communicate with them. For instance, when I go to any place in Canada for example I
can talk with people and explain what I want to say for them.The second reason, to study MBA
mastar in SFU. For this reason, I have to improve my English language to enter the university. One of the most important requirement for enter the university is that to achieve TOEFL or
IELTS with high score , so I have to study English well in this program to get the acceptance
from the university . Also , I study English to teach my children how to speak English and read
story . All in all , the studying English in this program is very useful to achieve all of my goals.
